Renisha founded Sisters of Synergy in 2015 while studying. She envisioned an organization where like-minded individuals could come together to create wealth for future generations. Renisha drew up a unique blueprint that emphasized the exclusivity of those served, and she was excited to get the organization off the ground. However, she faced some challenging times the following year and withdrew from her journey for some time. Nevertheless, she had a team of strong-minded women who refused to let her vision fade away. In 2019, one of those women visited Renisha, pulled out the blueprint, and said, "Let's do this, the time is now." This woman provided the "Sisterly Strength" Renisha needed to awaken from her Trauma Coma, straighten her Crown, and take Sisters of Synergy to the next level of the vision.

 

Renisha then formed the Synergy Sisters, and together they worked to bring Sisters of Synergy to where it is today. It is now a non-profit, business-to-member cooperative, and consulting firm that is dedicated to creating economic development for generations to come.
