My name is Renisha Gray; I am the Founder and President of Sisters of Synergy. I have a AS In Business Management and BA in Global Studies and a range of certifications. I have been studying economic development and working in various communities for many years. I have extensive experience in business planning, economic development, marketing, advertising, and communications, youth development, home care, training development and much more. My experience brings a  customized approach in creating generational wealth for communities in the African Diaspora and those to come.

My name is LaShonda Anderson; I am the Vice President, Community Engagement/Marketing Director, and Executive Business Consultant for Sisters of Synergy.  I have served as a Full Time MOC in the Youth Employment, North-4 Project, and Pathway Project at Emerge in October 2013 to 2016. I earned my BS at The Art Institutes International MN in Fashion & Retail Management.I’m a longtime healthcare worker with over 10 years of experience with patient care such as, Allina Health, HealthEast and RestartInc. I’m passionate about investing in women with barriers to grow within the community, my results-focus on women needing advocacy with education and employment. I enjoy helping people become self- sufficient and goal oriented. My goal is to combine my skills and strengths in innovational advocating to continue serving our members and community.
